MoneyGlass uses only essential cookies. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. Our visitor counts (Vercel Web Analytics, described in our privacy policy) work without cookies.

What we set

Sign-in session cookies that keep you logged in and protect your account; a security cookie (“mg_device”) holding a random code for your device, so we can show “this device” on the Security page and email you when a new device signs in; and a small preference cookie or storage entry for things like light or dark theme. If you turn on phone alerts, your browser also keeps a small script from us (a “service worker”) whose only job is to show those alerts; it stores nothing about you, and turning alerts off on the Profile page or in your browser settings stops it. Stripe may set cookies on its own checkout page to process your payment securely and prevent fraud.

Your choices

Essential cookies are required for the service to work, so there is nothing to switch off. You can clear cookies in your browser at any time, which will sign you out.
